Help remote employee set up their workspaces
- [ ] Send IT hardware (laptop, keyboard, mouse, etc.) and manuals
- [ ] Have employees test all the equipment and tools
- [ ] Send new hire company swag or welcome package with a welcome letter or note from their team or CEO
- [ ] Set up a call with the HR manager to help complete HR paperwork
3 days before joining
Deliver essential information
- [ ] Create a corporate email and account in the internal tools and software
